Expert Physical Therapy, Personalized for Your Goals
We strive to improve the lives of others by providing exemplary hands-on, individualized care. Our goal is to provide physical therapy and wellness services for individuals with athletic and orthopedic injuries, women’s health-related issues, and individuals looking to improve their overall mobility in everyday activities.
Hi, I’m Dr. Katie Andrew, PT, DPT
I’m a licensed physical therapist with over 18 years of experience providing dynamic, progressive, manual therapy–based care. I’m passionate about helping patients move better, recover from injury, and return to the activities they love through highly individualized, one-on-one treatment.
A graduate of Arrowhead High School, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Bradley University, where I was a Division I cross country and track scholar-athlete. That experience shaped my lifelong interest in movement, performance, and injury prevention.
After beginning my career in Chicago, I gained broad experience across hospital-based care, workers’ compensation, and large outpatient orthopedic clinics. In 2008, I transitioned to a small private practice and discovered my passion for more personalized care. I later earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, further strengthening my patient-centered approach.
In 2015, my family and I relocated to Lake Country to be closer to extended family. Since then, I’ve enjoyed working closely with the area’s active community—treating runners, cyclists, skiers, and paddle sport athletes—while continuing to refine my hands-on assessment and treatment techniques.
Outside the clinic, I live in Lake Country with my husband and two children. I’m an avid runner, value strength training and endurance sports, and love staying active while cheering on my kids and spending time with family and friends.

Hi, I’m Courtney Kruggel, PT, DPT.
Originally from South Bend, Indiana, I moved to Milwaukee to attend Marquette University’s direct-admit physical therapy program and quickly made the area home. I began my career in a fast-paced outpatient clinic, where I treated a wide range of patients but felt drawn to a model that allowed for more individualized care and longer treatment sessions.
I take a highly personalized, movement-focused approach to physical therapy, combining my background in strength training with clinical expertise to help patients move better in daily life and higher-level recreational activities. I enjoy working with athletes of all ages and abilities, helping them recover from injury, reach their goals, and take an active role in their long-term health.
I joined Katie Andrew Physical Therapy in early 2022, where I’m able to deliver the thoughtful, one-on-one care she values most.
Outside the clinic, I stay active through marathon running and weightlifting. I enjoy spending time outdoors near the lake, exploring Milwaukee’s coffee shops, and reading just about any genre I can get my hands on. While Milwaukee will always feel like home, I’m excited to have Delafield as my second home.
