Let’s get you back to doing what you love
Dr. Katie and Dr. Courtney have extensive post-graduate training in osteopathic and advanced manual therapy techniques. Their clinical expertise includes, but is not limited to, trigger point dry needling, myofascial decompression (cupping therapy), craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, and joint mobilization.
As part of a comprehensive, individualized physical therapy approach, Dr. Katie and Dr. Courtney may incorporate therapeutic electrical stimulation, shockwave, and other evidence-based modalities when clinically appropriate. Movement re-education, injury prevention, and a safe, efficient return to sport and daily functional activities are central components of every treatment session.
